Walter Gregor make small batch tonics and Summerhouse craft sodas in a modern bottling factory in the former parish of Pitsligo in Peathill, Aberdeenshire. The founders were fed up of the lack of great tasting, naturally made soft drinks so in 2015 they launched Walter Gregor Tonics to pair with the increasing number of craft Scottish gins!
All their recipes are unique and they pasteurise in the bottle so they don't use any artificial preservatives and use fresh ingredients to infuse their tonics and soft drinks. They are named after Walter Gregor who was a 19th century minster who served in their historic parish and was a renowned academic and plantsman. They are also very pro-sustainability and environmentally conscious which is always a plus!
You can try this tonic with a fresh gin, a white rum or just on it's own on a sunny day!
